RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Refunds are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order. To request a refund, please email us at : customerservice@shopmeissa.com
The item will be picked up from your address to be inspected and approved for return. Once the return has been accepted, we will issue your refund to the original form of payment. Please refer to the email used to place the order for updates.
EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS POLICIES
- To be eligible for refund, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. The request is made within seven (7) days from the date of receipt of delivery to the original form of payment.
- In case of a misplaced order, all exchanges need to be processed as a new order pending availability of stock. Shipping charges for both refunding and repurchasing the Product will be covered by the User.
- If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Product, you are entitled for a refund on your purchase within seven (7) days of delivery of your purchased Products. Products purchased through the Website should be returned new, unused, in their original packaging and with the original invoice and all Product tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted by us and may be sent back to you.
- All returned Products as per the Returns Policy shall be refunded to the original purchaser to the original form of payment. Where such refunds occurred as a result of defected or damaged Product, the User may have the option to request a direct refund to the Credit or Debit Card used to make that purchase. If you think that we have provided you with an incorrect refund, please immediately contact our Customer Support.
- Please note card refunds may take up to thirty (30) business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and we shall not be liable for any delays or errors in refund by card companies.
- To request a refund, you shall do so within seven (7) days from the day of receipt of item or product. Unless the refund is not initiated due to damaged or defective product, the User shall be responsible to cover any and all shipping costs covered for return of product or item. Refunds will be processed within seven (7) days upon receipt and inspection of the returned product.
- If the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs. For other reasons, such as a change of mind or incorrect size selection, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support within seven (7) days of receiving the item. We may request evidence, such as photographs, to assess the issue. Upon verification, we will provide instructions for returning the product and offer a replacement, exchange, or refund, including any applicable shipping costs.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return or exchange, such as intimate apparel, swimwear, and earrings. Please refer to the product description or contact our customer support for clarification before making a purchase.
- We reserve the right to modify or update this exchange and refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and effective immediately.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
- In relation to shipping and delivery of the purchased Products, you shall be solely responsible for providing the correct and accurate details. The User agrees and understands to hold us harmless and to indemnify us for any costs, charges and/or losses in relation to delivery and shipping in incorrect locations or any consequence that has resulted from acts or omissions of the User.
- We shall not be held responsible for any delays in the shipping of your ordered and purchased Products, lost or missing Products or the incorrect delivery of the Products to you, which is due to your fault or due to inaccurate, false or incomplete information provided by you.
- Please note that unless otherwise stated on the Website or any other platform, delivery dates are just estimates. They are not guaranteed delivery times and may differ despite our best efforts.
- During times of high volume sales, holiday seasons, or any other occasion or circumstance outside our control that may cause any delay in shipment and delivery, we shall not be held liable or responsible for such events.
- Users shall be responsible for covering shipping fees, unless otherwise specified. The shipping fees will be calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the package and shall be displayed at the checkout at the time the User confirms the order.
- In addition to shipping fees, a handling fee may be applied to cover costs associated with packaging, labeling, and preparing orders for shipment. The handling fee, if applicable, will be clearly indicated during the checkout process, along with the shipping fees for the review of the User.
- For orders with international shipping destinations outside the UAE, Users are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are separate from the shipping and handling fees and will be the customer's responsibility. We are not responsible for any delays or issues arising from customs clearance procedures.
- We strive to process and dispatch orders promptly. However, delivery timeframes may vary depending on factors beyond our control, such as the shipping carrier, destination, and customs procedures. Estimated delivery timeframes will be provided during the checkout process and are based on standard delivery schedules. We cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.
- Unfortunately, we are unable to edit or cancel an order once it is placed. If your order has already shipped, we will follow the standard return process. We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses, or items lost or damaged during shipping.
